GOVERNANCE

  • Visions4Health recognise that good governance and regulatory compliance is critical, and we allocate resources to support you to meet your governance requirements.
  • It is mandatory for all of our Associates to complete governance training prior to obtaining access to our systems and on a pre-defined schedule. Governance is a standing agenda item at our team meetings, and training records are logged.
  • All Visions4Health staff involved in market research are BHBIA registered.
  • Visions4Health actively review and implement 20 SOPs relating to our business operations and our Code of Conduct.
  • Our IT systems are chosen with security in mind, and our team use VPN to create a secure connection to the internet.
  • Our annual Cyber Essentials certification ensures that we have stringent cyber security measures in place, guarding us against the most common cyber threats.
  • We made changes to our data protection SOP before the new GDPR came into place in May 2018, to ensure the requirements were embedded into our working practice ahead of the changes.
  • We understand the conflict of interest guidance for our healthcare network and support them to operate within their local systems.
